Terms and Conditions of Interpyro
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Interpyro, participating in auctions, payments, collection, buyer responsibilities and legal compliance.

1. Provider
Interpyro.com is an online auction platform based in Germany.

2. Role of Interpyro
Interpyro operates an online auction platform and acts as the selling party towards the buyer. The purchase agreement is concluded between the buyer and Interpyro. Products may be supplied, handed over or fulfilled by partners on behalf of Interpyro.
3. Registration and eligibility
Users must register to participate in auctions. Users must be at least 18 years old. Users are responsible for their account and all activity under it. Interpyro may request identification or verification where required.
4. Partner and collection location transparency
Each listing may show the partner location where the product can be collected. The partner may perform the physical handover or collection process on behalf of Interpyro. The purchase remains a transaction between the buyer and Interpyro.
5. Auction process
A bid is binding and irrevocable. The highest bidder at auction close is obligated to complete the purchase.
Interpyro may cancel, extend or modify auctions in case of technical errors, incorrect listings, fraud suspicion or legal requirements.
6. Auction rules
Interpyro may apply automatic extensions to prevent last-second bidding abuse. In case of technical disruptions, Interpyro may suspend or restart auctions. Obvious bidding errors may be corrected or removed at Interpyro’s discretion.
7. Prices and fees
All bids are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Interpyro charges a buyer’s commission of 4.99%, added to the final price.
The total payable amount, including fees and VAT where applicable, will be shown before payment.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed within 48 hours after winning an auction. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers and received by Interpyro. Interpyro handles the payment process and may pay partners after delivery or fulfillment according to the applicable partner agreement. For new partners, payout generally takes place after successful delivery or handling of the order.
9. Non-payment
In case of non-payment, the purchase may be cancelled, the item may be re-auctioned, the buyer may be blocked and damages may be claimed.
10. Collection only
No shipping is offered unless explicitly stated otherwise. Items must be collected from the indicated collection location. Collection must occur within the specified timeframe.
11. Transfer of risk
Risk transfers to the buyer upon physical handover of the product.
15. Prohibited items
Illegal, unsafe or prohibited items are not allowed. Interpyro may remove listings or cancel transactions if products are unlawful, unsafe or unsuitable.
12. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for legal compliance regarding possession, transport, storage and use of products. Export to another country is entirely at the buyer’s own risk and responsibility.
13. Fireworks regulation
Fireworks are regulated under German law, including SprengG and 1. SprengV. Category F2 fireworks are only available to persons aged 18 or older and may only be sold and collected within legally permitted periods.
Age verification may be carried out by the partner on behalf of Interpyro at collection. Buyers must comply with all applicable laws after collection.
14. Partner obligations
Partners supplying or handing over products on behalf of Interpyro must comply with the following obligations.
16. Consumer rights
Auction purchases may not be subject to withdrawal rights under German law (§312g BGB). Where statutory consumer rights apply, Interpyro will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.
18. Force majeure
Interpyro is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including legal restrictions, government bans or force majeure events.
17. Liability
Interpyro is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Partners remain responsible towards Interpyro for correct product information, product availability, legal compliance and proper handover. Interpyro may recover costs, damages or refunds from the partner in case of incorrect information, non-delivery, incomplete delivery or other partner-related issues.
19. Fraud and misuse
Interpyro may suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, abuse or violations. Bids, purchases or accounts may be cancelled or blocked if misuse is suspected.
20. Data protection
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with partners involved in order fulfillment where necessary for collection, verification or handover.
21. Changes
Interpyro may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Germany where legally permitted.
Important: By using the Interpyro platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. Interpyro may update these Terms, and continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
