Partner Agreement – Interpyro
This Partner Agreement sets out the cooperation between Interpyro and partners who supply products for sale through the Interpyro platform.

1. Parties

hereinafter referred to as “Interpyro”, and the partner, being a natural or legal person who supplies products for sale through the Interpyro platform.
2. Cooperation
The partner grants Interpyro permission to list the products and lots supplied by the partner on the platform. Interpyro acts as the selling party towards the buyer. The purchase agreement is concluded between Interpyro and the buyer.
3. Listing of products
Lots are listed based on information supplied by the partner. The partner guarantees that all information is accurate and complete, products are available and prices are correct.
4. Partner obligations
The partner undertakes to ensure timely delivery, accurate product information, legal compliance, proper handling of returns and complaints, and sufficient stock and delivery capacity.
5. Fireworks compliance
The partner must comply with German law, including SprengG and 1. SprengV. Only approved fireworks may be supplied. Category F2 fireworks are only available to persons aged 18 or older.
6. Collection and handover
Products are collected by the buyer at the indicated partner location, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The partner carries out the physical handover on behalf of Interpyro.
7. Fees and commission
Partner commission: 10% excl. VAT, unless agreed otherwise.
Buyer commission: 4.99% excl. VAT.
Interpyro reserves the right to agree different terms with each partner in writing.
8. Payment and payout
Payments from buyers are processed through a payment provider and received by Interpyro. Interpyro pays the partner based on realised sales.
Payout takes place after successful delivery or handling of the order.
Payout may take place weekly or monthly, depending on the agreements made.
Payout may take place weekly or monthly without a delivery-based payout condition.
9. Non-delivery and disputes
If the partner fails to deliver, Interpyro may cancel the purchase and refund the buyer. All costs arising from non-delivery may be charged to the partner.
10. Minimum activity
The partner undertakes to actively use the platform and offers products with a minimum monthly auction value of €1,000, unless agreed otherwise.
16. Changes
Interpyro may amend this agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
17. Governing law
This agreement is governed exclusively by German law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Germany.
11. Fraud and manipulation
The partner is prohibited from directly or indirectly influencing auctions. Fraud also includes any action that harms the fair operation of the platform.
12. Reviews and performance
Interpyro may assess partners based on delivery reliability, customer satisfaction, communication, complaints and returns.
13. Liability
The partner is fully responsible for product information, quality and safety of products, delivery and fulfilment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Interpyro is not liable for damage caused by the partner, delivery problems, indirect damage or consequential damage. Any liability of Interpyro is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
14. Intellectual property
The partner guarantees that it is entitled to use all supplied content and grants Interpyro a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right of use for publication, marketing and promotion.
15. Termination
Interpyro may terminate the cooperation at any time. In the event of a breach, termination may take place with immediate effect.
